Clean and comfortable. Close to Courtenay shops and restaurants. Staff were friendly and efficient. Bed and linens were clean and comfortable. Nice to have both a fridge and microwave to store and reheat the pizza we ordered from the Flying Canoe next door.

The staff were friendly. The room was lovely. They had a smart TV with Netflix. The location was walking distance from important goods and services.

The breakfast was good, very filling and the food was hot, unlike some other buffet breakfasts. The bed was comfortable for me, not so much for my wife (too soft for her). Bathroom was nice and clean, although the toilets are really low.

The hotel is on a good location. The staff are helpful and pleasant. The room is clean and the balcony is comfortable. Hot breakfast is good

Fabulous breakfast, with a good selection. Great area to eat in as well. Liked everything about the hotel, parking available downstairs. Staff were perfect, even left an article in the room, which was available when we stayed again after returning from Prince Rupert

Very clean comfortable rooms with lots of draw space, full length mirror, nice large shower with lots of hot water immediately.

I thought the breakfast was exceptional in that much thought was given to it. Self serve and unlimited portions. Fantastic variety. Very Very complimentary. More than expected. Food was very good. A beautiful room to eat in with friendly servers.

Hotel was great, my only complaint was the smell in the hallways . What ever air freshener you use I'd stop lol It's smells like a very old building, at first room had an old smell to it ,but I aclamaded . Overall I was happy ,breakfast was great . Location is Golden

The staff were super-friendly and ultra helpful. Rooms comfortable and clean. Exceptional breakfast. The location was perfect for our needs. A really good stay.
